Om Grown's size suggestions are a general guide (Canadian sizing). We encourage our customers to try our clothing at a store near you to get an idea of how our clothing fits. Most of our clothing is jersey rayon and very stretchy. Depending on how you like your fit, you can size up or down.

Many of items are perfect for maternity wear, then wear it afterwards too! Soft fabric and rich colours mean you can dress up and be ultra comfy at the same time. Breathable and stretchy make Om Grown clothing perfect for dancing and movement.

MEDIUM= size 6-8 or 8-10

LARGE = size 10-12

XL= size 12-16

S/M = size 4-8 or 4-10

M/L= size 10-12

L/XL = size 12-16
