Mission

Our mission is to create comfortable, beautiful clothing that is affordable and fun to wear. We work directly with small groups of tailors ensuring fair wage products, using plant fibres like jersey rayon and cotton. By purchasing Om Grown, you are buying locally designed clothing and are supporting a small family run Canadian business.

Our roots

Our clothing line was borne from a passion to travel and study yoga. In 2001 we went to Thailand and instantly fell in love. After helping start a yoga retreat on a remote island, we brought back some clothing to BC, Canada and sold it at local markets and festivals.  Requests for custom orders grew. On our next yearly trip back, we connected with more amazing tailors (that we still work with 20 years later!), and our designs grew into the Om Grown label.
